How Much Can I Borrow?

Will I Need a Deposit?
The maximum Loan To Value (LTV) that you can normally borrow is
95% including any fees that may be included in the cost of the mortgage.
This means that you will need a minimum deposit of 5% of the purchase
price of the property, plus money for any fees, in order to qualify
for a mortgage with Mayday.
THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME. YOUR HOME MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON YOUR MORTGAGE OR ANY OTHER DEBT SECURED ON IT.
