Buy to Let Mortgages
You can still get a buy to let mortgage if you have past
or present credit problems. Property has historically been
a safe investment over the long term. Lenders view buying property
that you rent to non-family members as an investment and they apply
different criteria when assessing your application to those used
for residential mortgages. Please remember property prices can go
down as well as up in value.
Remortgaging an Existing Buy-to-Let Property
You should evaluate the mortgage market regularly to maximise the
return on your property investment. Mayday Lenders will always consider
